Bring Mindfulness to Your Work and Your Life
Many of the retreats, courses and workshops we offer at Copper Beech Institute develop knowledge and skills that nurses, counselors, social workers, psychologists, therapists, coaches and other professionals can apply directly to their work. These skills can help you respond to situations with greater compassion, resilience and equanimity. Several of our programs are also eligible for Continuing Education Credits (CECs) through our partnership with the National Association of Social Workers. For a $20 flat fee, CECs can be awarded to professionals who attend the specific programs listed below.

Overnight Retreat with Sharon Gutterman, PhD

A unique opportunity to experience the key elements of the classic Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program in a supportive weekend retreat. Discover how to connect with both your internal and external resources to build resilience, strength, and feel a sense of well-being no matter what challenges you face.
*CECs cost a flat fee of $20 and may be registered for at the time of retreat registration. CEC certificates are mailed the week following the retreat.
**Application pending approval of NASW Continuing Education Credits for Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Master Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors.
