Cheryl Jones


Cheryl Jones, M.A., has devoted her entire career as a healthcare professional to exploring and teaching best practices for health and well-being that can be easily integrated into everyday life.

She is an exercise physiologist with extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She holds a Certificate in Spirituality from the University of Saint Joseph and is owner of her own company, The Mindful Path. She is author of Thriving When Your Cosmic Egg Is Cracked: A Mindful Journey and Mindful Exercise, A Bridge Between Yoga and Exercise.
