A two hour workshop exploring the basics of meditation and how we practice at Copper Beech. Offered Sunday evenings once a month.

A unique opportunity to experience the key elements of our classic Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program in a supportive weekend retreat.

An opportunity to be matched with one of our teachers to focus specifically on developing your mindfulness practice.

Our multi-week courses allow for an in-depth exploration of discrete topics and techniques related to mindfulness and contemplative practice.

5. Weekly Meditation Groups
For many, contemplative practice is a solitary endeavor, yet we can all benefit from the support of others as we strive to live with greater mindfulness and compassion. Meditation groups are drop-in and donation based.

6. Half Day Workshops
Explore a variety of different topics related to mindfulness in these 3-4 hour programs.

Immerse yourself in a day of practice and learning with a nourishing lunch and access to our beautiful grounds.

8. Weekend Retreats
Weekend retreats offer a quiet place to rest, 48 wooded acres to wander, creative food to nourish your health, meditation and yoga classes to renew body and spirit, and a compassionate staff to support you on every step of your journey.

Copper Beech thrives because of generous volunteers who help us create a vital community of wisdom, openness, and mindfulness. Volunteering is a wonderful way to bring more compassionate action into your practice and build a community of support and love.
