Volunteer Internships 

Our volunteer internships offer valuable training and exposure for students of health and wellness, information technology, marketing, graphic design, non-profit management, spirituality, psychology, hospitality, and other related areas of study. 

Internship responsibilities are flexible and can be crafted to meet the Institute's needs and the intern's learning goals, whether for independent study or to meet the credit requirements of a college-level internship program. Our internships are unpaid.

From organizing meetings to maintaining records, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in supporting our day-to-day operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, hone your multitasking abilities, and develop effective communication skills. If you are ready to dive into a dynamic environment, where every task contributes to our success, this role provides a rewarding experience to kickstart your career in administrative support. Event Hospitality Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator (Connecticut-based):  

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in volunteer management and hospitality coordination, making a significant impact on guest experiences and volunteer satisfaction. As the Hospitalities and Volunteer Coordinator intern, you'll play a dual role in orchestrating exceptional guest experiences and managing our volunteer program. You'll recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for various projects and events, fostering a positive volunteer experience through support, recognition, and engagement opportunities. Simultaneously, you'll ensure seamless hospitality services for both virtual and in-person guests, handling guest accommodations, catering purchasing, event communication, setup, and customer service. This role also includes attending events in the community to help with tabling and capturing content for social media. (In person for all events within term, and remote for admin) 

 Grants and Development Assistant (Remote with Option):

You will work closely with the team to understand their data needs, ensuring accuracy and integrity while implementing efficient data collection and storage procedures. You'll contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. This internship offers immersive experience in data management, providing you with practical skills in data analysis and collaboration essential for success in today's data-driven world. (100% remote, or Hybrid, in-person one day per week)
